Then, will analyze the price changes of labor market, including the changes in wage and wage growth, and the changes in labor cost. Finally, will discuss the impact of labor market on economy, including the contribution to economic growth, the impact on social inequality, and the impact on job market. This paper aims to provide a deeper understanding of labor market's supply and demand relationships and price changes in the economy.
