Abstract
Business failure is a very important social problem that can cause a lot of债务 and loss, and it can also bring great harm to the social and economic systems. This study takes the financial perspective to explore the causes of business failure, and aims to provide some useful suggestions for business managers and和社会大众.
This study will analyze the causes of business failure based on the following aspects：债务问题， business problems, management problems, and environmental problems. Through deep research on these factors, we will find some common causes of business failure and the impact of these factors on business failure companies, and provide some useful suggestions for managers and和社会大众.
This study will use文献综述 and case study methods, and will analyze the financial factors related to business failure.
