Abstract

This paper aims to explore the significance of service marketing and how to improve the efficiency of service marketing. Through an analysis of the definition, target, strategies, processes, and methods of service marketing, this paper proposes a strategy based on the demand for services and the quality of services, and uses new technologies such as social media and customer relationship management systems to improve the efficiency of service marketing. The research results show that service marketing is an important way to compete in the modern market, and the strategy of differentiation and new technologies can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of service marketing.
